3、 Usage of hydraulic punching machine:

Select the mold according to the diameter of the processed hole diameter, and this machine is equipped with ф 10.5、 ф 13.5、 ф 17.5、 ф 20.5 The four specifications of punching dies are placed between the upper and lower dies of the workpiece, and the unloading sleeve is rotated to press the workpiece tightly. After driving the single machine control valve to punch a hole, loosen the unloading valve, reset the punching die, and loosen the unloading sleeve to remove the workpiece.

4、 Precautions for hydraulic punching machine:

1. The system pressure of the matching electric pump of this machine has been adjusted to within the range of 63MPa before leaving the factory, and users cannot adjust it at will

2. When assembling the upper and lower moulds, the models of the upper and lower moulds must be the same, and the fixing sleeve of the upper mould must be tightened.

3. When placing the lower mold of the machine, pay attention to the upward edge of the knife (the end with a small aperture), and do not damage the machine by installing it.

4. During the operation of the machine, do not remove the quick connector when the system has working pressure.

5. Attention should be paid to the waste materials generated during the hole cleaning to avoid damage to the machine and tools due to the filling of the lower die hole.
