1. If the machine is in multiple stations, each oil cylinder has an oil circuit switch. Only one oil circuit switch can be opened at a time for operation. Multiple oil circuit switches cannot be opened at the same time, or the pressure will be insufficient and the speed will be slow.

2. After the mold is installed, insert the pipe for punching. It is strictly prohibited to empty punch when there is no pipe, otherwise the mold will be damaged; When punching a full hole, if there is no punching, it will automatically return. Please move the proximity switch to the bottom down. When punching a half hole, if there is no punching, it will automatically return. Please move the proximity switch in the middle down. If it has been punched to the bottom of the pipe, please move the proximity switch in the middle up.     

3. Shelf Punching machine If you feel hard, check whether the blade of the punch has been passivated. If it has been passivated, remove the punch for grinding or purchase a new punch from the manufacturer.

4. The temperature of the hydraulic oil should be controlled between 30 ° and 60 °. In cold weather, the machine should be turned on and operated without load for a period of time. In case of continuous punching for a long time, the oil temperature should be checked frequently to see if it is overheated. In hot summer, do not work all day, but avoid the hot high temperature time.

5. After 10000 hours of operation or four years of use (whichever comes first), please replace the hydraulic oil and check whether the hydraulic oil cylinder and hydraulic oil pump are damaged.
